St Bartholomew’s church

This sandstone church was the second built by the Anglican community in Alstonville. At the time of its construction 1913 -1915 the local paper said “this class of building is a new departure in architecture as far as the North Coast is concerned their being no other stone edifice in the district”. Heritage listed by the National Trust and Ballina Shire Council it is worth a visit.
